Keeping your teeth and gums as healthy as possible is really important.

Is there any specialist help available for my child who has a special educational need and/or disability?

  • The majority of children and young people, including many with special education needs and disabilities, should access dental care at General Dental Practitioners (high street dentists) of which there are many in Camden. You can search for your local dentist my clicking here. If your child's needs cannot be met at that dental practice, then the dentist can refer to the Camden Community Dental Service. (see below)
  • Children and young people with severe disabilities whose needs cannot be met in a General Dental Practice can be referred to the Camden Community Dental Service. This is a referral-only service, and there are details about how a referral can be made here.
