I am an HCPC registered Counselling Psychologist with over 15 years of experience providing psychological therapy. I work with people coming to therapy for a number of reasons such as anxiety, depression, panic disorder, childhood abuse and complex trauma, relational difficulties and self-esteem.

I offer EMDR as a specialist therapy to help with PTSD. I also help with interpersonal difficulties and have further training in cognitive analytic therapy. I create safe place for you and tailor therapy according to a pace that suits you.
