National telephone line. Offers information and support to anyone who has suffered the effects of crime, regardless of whether the crime has been reported. Can refer people to local Victim Support Schemes or Witness Services and other organisations where appropriate. The local Victim Support Scheme is Victim Support in Camden.

Opening times (phone): Mon-Fri 9am-9pm, Sat-Sun 9am-7pm, Bank Holidays 9am-5pm. Boxing Day 10.30am-2.30pm. Closed Christmas Day and New Year's Day.The line is open till 11.30pm on nights the BBC Crime Watch programme is broadcast.
