Stroke Association Communication Support Service for Camden and Islington

The Communication Support Co-ordinator along with trained volunteers works with people who have communication difficulties following a stroke. The service offers weekly support groups, or a 1:1 home visiting service with the aim of improving confidence and practicing communication skills in a friendly and understanding environment. Groups do not run continuously, but in blocks of workshops.
