Self advocacy organisation for people with learning disabilities. Hub co-ordinating service for individual issue-based advocacy. Also offers drop-in service for advocacy enquiries.

We empower people with learning difficulties to speak up for themselves. We provide training to organisations such as local authorities and the NHS on awareness of learning difficulties. We educate policy makers of the needs of people with learning difficulties.

We support people with learning difficulties to report disability hate and mate crime. We work with the police on disability hate and mate crime against people with learning difficulties.

London Borough of Camden (ASC) has 576 adults with LD registered with them. CPF has a total of 100, we aim to reach at least 50% of this group..
Referrals Policy

We welcome referrals from key professional agencies i.e. NHS- hospitals, GP surgeries, Police, Camden Learning disability team, Housing. These professionals can direct their clients to the various services we provide, such as general advocacy support/Disability hate and mate crime advocacy support, information and guidance, peer support, befriending service, social activites i.e. CPF funky moves disco.

Other learning disability organisations can also refer their clients to CPF for support with/to filling benefit forms and other relevant forms, as well services mentioned above.
