Civil Aviation Authority - Complaints

Handles enquiries and deals with complaints about air transport. Complaints covered by the CAA include difficulties faced by people with disabilities with access on planes, or who feel they have been badly treated. CAA website includes advice for passengers with reduced mobility and other access needs. The CAA took over from the Air Transport Users Council (AUC), which ceased to exist in 2011. Consumer representation is now undertaken by the Aviation Consumer Advisory Panel. Enquiries and complaints can be made online, by email, mail of telephone.
