London Keyholders is a secure means of providing Local Authorities with emergency contact and keyholder information for properties in London. If an incident is reported on your property this information can be used to swiftly deal with it and avoid any potential costs being incurred to the property owner. Registration is available in the London Borough of Camden and applies to both business and residential properties. Registration enables Local Authorities to be able to contact you or your nominated keyholders in the event of an incident occurring on your property or if your alarm is causing a noise nuisance. The Local Authority have a responsibility to act on noise nuisance and property owners could potentially incur costs from forced entry if they are unable to contact a keyholder.
