Free, national helpline for children and young people. Provides a confidential telephone counselling service for any child with any problem 24 hours a day. Children can also write letters to the Freepost address. Trained counsellors provide support and advice and refer children in danger to appropriate helping agencies. Draws public attention to issues affecting children's welfare and rights.
