Intensive supported housing for people with enduring mental health needs. 12 self contained flats with staff on site. Sleep in staff at night, waking support staff 8am-12 midnight. Accommodation for up to 2 years. All customers have a named keyworker and individualised support plans based on assessed needs. Provides intensive support to prepare customers for moving on to independent accommodation.
