Disability Sports in Camden Gym Session (Camden Council)

Instructor led gym session aimed at those with physical or multiple impairments. The gym instructor will provide a plan and make sure correct technique is used. The gym has the use of moto-meds and adapted cardio machines and free weights.

These sessions are intended for young people who are 16 and over.

Venue:          
Pancras Square Leisure, Kings Cross, London N1C 4AG

Time:
Thursday 12pm – 2:00pm (Can turn up any time between these hours)

Cost:             
First session is FREE, after the first visit you can either take up a Better Gym membership (starting from £5 per month) or pay as you go for £3 per visit.   

Please contact Pancras Square Leisure to arrange your first free gym induction on 020 7974 5555.

It will be a 30min gym induction and spaces are limited to four inductions bookings per week. After a gym induction has been completed there is no need to book just turn up between the hours of 12pm-2pm.

Carers are asked to attend if their service user need further support and is free for them to access.
