Computerised Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CCBT) - Deleted

Beating the Blues is an evidenced based treatment intervention for people experiencing mild to moderate symptoms of depression and anxiety and is based on cognitive behavioural therapy principles. The course involves an introductory meeting with a facilitator, followed by 8 weekly interactive computerised sessions, each lasting around 1 hour. No previous computer experience is needed.
