When is it on: Open: Mondays: Wrestling kids (5-6 pm), Wrestling teens and adults (6-7.15 pm); Tuesdays: Judo kids/teens (4.30-5.45 pm); Thursdays: BJJ Women Only (6-7pm), BJJ teens and adults (7-8pm);Fridays: Judo kids (4.30-5.15 pm); Judo juniors (5.15-6.15 pm); Judo teens/adults (6.15-8pm); Saturdays: Sambo kids (9.15-10.15 am); Sambo teens and adults (10.15-11.30 am).

Cost(s): £4/£5 for members (£1 extra for guests with a valid licence).
