Exercise and Nutrition Therapy with N.ableD

(including Physiotherapy, Yoga, Massage. Formerly known as Personal Training with N.ableD)

We are a home-based health and wellbeing service for adults who are struggling with their health at home who want support to improve their mobility, well-being and confidence.  Our service includes exercise therapy, nutritional therapy, physiotherapy, yoga therapy and massage therapy.

Our service is particularly suited to those who cannot or would not attend a gym or group class in the community, whether this is due to frailty, an injury, a debilitating medical condition, low confidence/self-esteem, limited transportation options, caring responsibilities or any other reason.

All our exercise specialists are registered with the Register of Exercise Professionals (REPS), insured and vetted to DBS Enhanced clearance as well as trained in adult safeguarding.

We can design and implement a personalised home-based exercise programme that takes into account our client's own goals, capabilities, existing medical conditions and prescribed medications (if applicable).

We also work closely with chartered physiotherapists who are also available to accompany our exercise specialists in the home to see clients with complex injuries or impairments.

In our team we also have registered nutritional therapists who are available to do telephone consultations with our clients who want support with their nutritional goals and eating habits.
