Aims to increase the community participation and social, political and economic integration of Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) women. The objective is to equip women with the knowledge and skills they need in order to tackle the barriers to community participation, employment and other socio-economic needs. We run embedded ESOL classes that encourage both structured and conversational learning. Also, we provide peer mentoring opportunities to further empower women to become leaders and peer-mentors in the local community and shape change both in themselves and in the world around them.
