West Euston Time Bank

Promotes and supports reciprocal volunteering among members and prospective members with the aim of bringing people from very different backgrounds together to get to know each other, learn new skills and knowledge and provide services and facilities within the community. Runs two after school clubs a week (Wed and Fri) during term time and family activity programmes during school holidays. Weekly Little Fingers parent and toddler drop-in on Thu mornings. Bengali and Hindi Music and Singing Group; entry level and conversational English ESOL classes; cookery courses; Get Moving dance classes; crafts club including jewellery making. Street dance classes for children 6–12 years. Community Café on Tue, Thu and Fri. Members provide a neighbourhood help desk to help signpost those new to the area to appropriate services. Organises cultural and community events to celebrate the diversity of talent and cultures within the West Euston Area. Produces quarterly community newsletter and activities newssheet several times a year.
