Camden Tissue Viability Service is for patients who have a complex tissue viability problem or a non-healing deteriorating wound.
Our team is nurse-led by a specialist tissue viability (TV) nurse. We work closely with district nurses and podiatrists.
The service helps to prevent inappropriate admissions to hospital and supports community services in Camden by providing specialist wound assessment and advice, and outlining a care plan as appropriate.
The service is provided in clinics, patients’ homes, and nursing homes.
