LDN Community Hub Camden

(Learning Disability Network London)

LDN Community Hub Camden runs workshops and activites providing advice, information and support to people with learning disabilies, their families and carers.

We run workshops which are free to attend on a variety of different themes incuding exercise, healthy eating, walking group, empolyment, health and wellbeing, dance, and much more.

It is a place people with learning disabilities and autism can come to learn life skills, make friends and be more included in the community. The aim of the Hub is to equip people with learning disabilities to live more independently in their community, developing awareness and skills in reaching and accessing activities and support independently. We are also a key link locally. We help people with learning disabilities to connect with other organisations to receive extra help, get involved in clubs and socialise.
