Digital services from your home

Camden library service offers a comprehensive eBook and eAudio service through a third party, Overdrive. As well as this, library members also have access to One Click Digital, another eAudio service. For e books there are options for enlarging text.

Accessibility on library PCs

The library has a dedicated PC for customers who are hard of hearing/seeing with specialist equipment attached and software such as Supernova which makes it possible for customers to change the sizing/display on the screen to fit their needs. As well as this, we also provide the software, ZoomText, on a number of computers, and have services such as Sign-translate, SignVideo and TexBox on the Camden Council website which can be accessed from the library or from home.

Temporary closure: 5 November-20 November 2016. Re-opening 21 November 2016.

This temporary closure will allow general improvements and redecoration to take place, and to install self- service technology for added security. When the library re-opens it will operate a peak and off-peak hour system with reduced staffing during less busy times. There will be a reduced enquiry desk service during off-peak hours.
