Tai Ji Circle

Small charity that offers public classes for fitness, good health and well-being. Master Liu Quanjun and Chris Jones are disciples of 19th generation lineage heir, Grandmaster Chen Xiaowang. They teach the traditional Chinese internal martial arts of Chen Tai Ji Quan (Tai Chi Chuan) foundation hand and weapons forms, applications and push hands, from beginners to competition level; Qi Gong (Chi Kung) for health and wellbeing. Students can also be coached for competition or public demonstrations in tai ji quan. Master Liu is also a Dian Xue Tui Na (TCM Chinese massage) therapist available by appointment.

Drop-ins, reduced rates for term passes, concessions available for all classes.
By arrangement, those with chronic health problems can freely attend qi gong classes, if they can get to the venues (which do have stairs)

Member of the: Chen Xiao Wang World Taijiquan Association, the BCCMA, the Tai Chi Union of Great Britain and the ACTM.
Client Group
Classes are mainly for adults, 16-75 yrs, but all are welcome. Seated classes also taught for the elderly at an Age Concern day centre once a week.

15-20 maximum per class, drop-ins welcome, no waiting list.
