For blind and partially sighted people resident within the twelve inner London boroughs. Provide advice and information, small grants (up to £250) and aids to daily living. Loans audio equipment to registered blind and partially sighted people. Provides a welfare rights advice service. Visiting and befriending service. Volunteers needed.
