Specialist hospital for prevention, diagnosis and treatment of tropical diseases and travel-related infections. The Hospital serves those who are preparing to travel, together with returned travellers, immigrants and refugee populations. It also provides the clinical infectious disease service for UCL Hospitals NHS Trust and has a purpose built 43 bed tropical and infectious disease unit.
