Language note
We are a multi-lingual team; all qualified to a minimum level 2 BSL; most of our team Deaf native BSL users. We take great care to ensure all communication matches the needs of the people we support. We are skilled in using total a variety of communication techniques such as Makaton, Deaf/blind manual, signs and symbols and objects of reference.
