Elfrida Rathbone Camden

Achieving independence, empowerment and personal development for disabled people and families in the Camden area.

We provide a range of services both to families under stress and to people with learning and/or physical disabilities:

  • Our Camden Futures service offers family support in partnership with Citizens Advice Camden; we have a team of Family Workers and a Financial Adviser who work with Camden families around multiple and complex issues.
  • The Leighton Education Project is a further education college for young adults aged 16-25 with SEND. With a maximum of 19 learners each year we offer a truly person-centred approach. Learners achieve qualifications accredited by Ascentis in Personal Development (2 years) and/or Skills for Employment (1 year).
  • Inclusion Works supports young people aged 16-25 with SEND to find meaningful employment and volunteering opportunities. Open to referrals from Camden, Islington or City of London.
  • Young People for Inclusion (YPFI) are a group of young disabled adults delivering expert disability awareness training and accessibility audits and ongoing advice to organisations and businesses.
