Integrated Youth Support Services (Camden Council)

(Incorporates youth services, Connexions, Youth Justice Service, Youth Early Help, Camden Summer University, projects for young people with disabilities)

The Integrated Youth Support Service (IYSS) supports young people's social and personal development by offering a wide range of activities including accredited programmes such as AQA Units Awards, Arts Award, Duke of Edinburgh's Award, Food Hygiene, First Aid, CBT and information, advice, guidance and support to young people, primarily aged 13 to 19 and up to 25 for young people who have learning difficulties or disabilities.

Through a network of youth projects, detached and outreach work across the borough, the service engages young people in positive activities that help them to gain new skills, increase confidence and resilience. IYSS incorporates Youth Early Help and offers one-to-one tailored support to young people who need additional help. IYSS also commissions voluntary and community sector organisations across the borough to deliver youth work.
